I guarantee the item(s) purchased to be as described on my web site or on eBay ("new" means brand new, unused, and in perfect condition), and to work or be able to be used in its described manner. I'm aware that some of these items may be a bit confusing to the novice, and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at your convenience. How should I pay? That depends upon what is most comfortable and convenient for you. You can send in payment via snailmail (the post office), or pay with a credit card. If you choose to use your credit card to pay, you have 3 options: PayPal, Billpoint, or BidPay. If you're already a verified PayPal member, feel free to pay that way, or sign up instantly for immediate credit card payments (up to $1,000.00; new members are limited to $1000.00 purchases until verified, which can take 3-5 business days); to use PayPal, just follow the link in the PayPal section below. Or, you're welcome to use Billpoint to charge your purchase to your MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card. Either PayPal or Billpoint will allow you to make safe, convenient, and immediate payments, for fast shipping of your order. If you're not a verified PayPal member, and you wish to make a purchase of over $1000.00, then Billpoint is your best bet for credit card payments. With Billpoint, there's no credit limits, no verification required, no necessity to enter bank account information, and virtually instant payment. See the Billpoint section below for the details. BidPay is my least favorite payment service, because they charge you a small fee to buy a money order (PayPal and Billpoint are 100% free for you). More details are below.

Payment can be credit card, cashier's check, money order, cash (not recommended, but an option some have requested), or personal/business check (unfortunately, due to the very few corrupt individuals who have left me with over $3,000.00 in "rubber checks" I'm forced to implement this waiting period: personal/business checks will cause the purchase to be held until the check clears; usually 5-10 business days after it is deposited). Please note that all payments must be in U.S. Dollars, and drawn on a U.S. bank (otherwise, additional charges may apply).

As a result of numerous credit card requests, I've signed up with PayPal, BidPay, and Billpoint, where you can pay by either credit card or online (electronic) check. Please be aware that I am a "Verified Premier Business Seller" with PayPal, which means that those PayPal members who buy from me are no longer limited on their credit purchases (after your PayPal account is verified). Additionally, I'm a PreferredSeller with Billpoint, and consequently you do NOT have the usual credit limit on your Billpoint purchases with me (up to your credit card's limit, of course), and you may purchase anything I sell at any time. TO PAY WITH Billpoint:
To pay for an auction win with Billpoint, go back to the auction's page on eBay (the auction you won), and simply click on the "Pay Now" Billpoint button (when you're at the top of the auction page, the Billpoint "Pay Now" button will be in the lower right section of your screen). NEW! When dealing with me (thesource3 on eBay and Photographer's SupplyStation web site) you can pay for ANY purchase, not just auction wins! To use Billpoint to pay for a non-auction purchase, simply send me an e-mail message explaining that you want to pay with Billpoint, and I'll have Billpoint send you an e-mail invoice (there will be links and instructions in the message explaining how to pay with your credit card or e-check).

To pay with BidPay, go to Bidpay.com and follow their directions. Thank you.

IMPORTANT: If you're in California (lucky you), please add 8% sales tax to the order total (shipping charges are not included in the tax calculation). NOTE: If your shipping address is anywhere other than in the 48 contiguous U.S. States, the shipping charges listed in the product description will need to be adjusted (if you're outside of the original 48 States, please reply with your shipping address for an updated shipping quote). If you have a UPS or Federal Express account, you're welcome to have us charge the shipping costs to your account; simply include your account number and the shipping method (standard, 3, day, 2 day, next day, etc.) you choose.

Other shipping arrangements may be requested, if you have a specific preference. If you prefer shipping via another method, there may be additional charges involved. Please inquire for details.

The small print: Most likely your order will ship out on the date mentioned in the shipping notice we send to all customers as soon as their payment arrives (over 90% of the time); however, sometimes we get so busy that your order might not go out until the next business day or, occasionally, but very rarely, two business days. We do our very best to keep up with, and promptly ship, all orders, especially knowing how anxious we all are to receive our new toys; but sometimes.... the hurrier we go, the behinder we get.... well, you get the idea. Question:
Will you ship to Canada or Europe or Asia?

Answer:
Yes, I will ship to Canada and overseas, but heavy items (such as numerous light stands and background support sets) cost anywhere from double to quadruple (and sometimes even more) to ship to Canada or overseas. Generally, strobes and such are less of a problem, since they aren't terribly heavy (but they will still cost substantially more to ship); and the heavier and longer items start to get really expensive to ship. But if you can live with (and prepay) the shipping costs, I'll ship whatever you like to Canada or anywhere else (also, shipping to some countries will require documentation fees, too). But don't say I didn't warn you up front about the additional costs involved.
