Thank you for bidding on my auctions and/or choosing to make a purchase from me, your patronage is most sincerely appreciated. I guarantee the item(s) purchased to be as described on eBay ("new" means brand new, unused, and in perfect condition), and to work or be able to be used in its described manner. I'm aware that some of these items may be a bit confusing to the novice, and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at your convenience. BTW, I'm not only an eBay GOLD PowerSeller, but also a Verified Premium PayPal Business Member and a PreferredSeller; your purchases are guaranteed against fraud and your confidence well placed (not to mention WAY over a thousand satisfied customers who have so kindly contributed to my positive feedback profile).

How should I pay? That depends upon what is most comfortable and convenient for you. You can send in payment via snailmail (the post office), or pay with a credit card. If you choose to use your credit card to pay, you have 2 options: PayPal or BidPay. If you're already a PayPal member, feel free to pay that way, or sign up instantly for immediate credit card payments; to use PayPal to charge your purchase to your American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card, just follow the link in the PayPal section below. Or, you're welcome to use regular postal mail.

Payment can be credit card, cashier's check, money order, cash (not recommended, but an option some have requested), or personal/business check (unfortunately, due to the very few corrupt individuals who have left me with over $5,000.00 in "rubber checks" I'm forced to implement this waiting period: personal/business checks will cause the purchase to be held until the check clears; usually 5-12 business days after it is deposited). Please note that all payments must be in U.S. Dollars, and drawn on a U.S. bank (otherwise, additional charges may apply).

As a result of numerous credit card requests, I've signed up with PayPal and BidPay, where you can pay by either credit card or online (electronic) check. Please be aware that I am a "Verified Premier Business Seller" with PayPal, which means that those PayPal members who buy from me are no longer limited on their credit purchases (after your PayPal account is verified). Read more about your protections here.

TO PAY WITH PayPal:

If you want to use PayPal to pay for an auction, simply return to that auction's page on eBay, and right along the top of the auction page, you'll see a "PAY NOW" link to pay with a credit card via PayPal. Simply click on the "Pay Now" link and follow the directions. If the auction was a "Dutch" auction, or an eBay store auction where multiple items were available, after clicking on the "Pay Now" link, another page will come up with a list of the winning bidders; simply click on the "Buyer: Pay Now" link next to your eBay user name, and follow the directions. Sometimes, for eBay store items or other reasons, the "Pay Now" link might not show up on the auction page; if so, simply follow the directions below. Alternatively, if you already have a PayPal account, you can log in to your PayPal account, click on the "Send Money" tab, and send the payment to my e-mail address: PhotoSource3@pss3.com. My PayPal account is in my company name of Adam Publishing Co.

TO PAY WITH PayPal for either an auction or any kind of purchase:

1) Go to PayPal by clicking HERE

2) A PayPal page will come up, and on the right side of the page there will be a gray box which will say along the top: "What do you want to do?"
Right below that, there will be text saying: "Make an instant payment to Adam Publishing"

3) Click on the "Send Money Now" button (the button is right under the "Adam Publishing" line);

4a) If you already have a PayPal account, enter your e-mail address and password, then simply fill in the forms that appear with the appropriate information.

4b) If you don't already have a PayPal account, then click on the "If you have never paid through PayPal Click Here" button, and fill in the form with the appropriate information.

Note: IF you're new to PayPal, and are signing up for the first time, be sure to use the same information (address, phone number, etc.) as you use with the credit card you're enrolling with - this will give you immediate activation of your PayPal account; otherwise, if you use a different address, you'll have to wait until PayPal "verifies" your credit card or checking account, which could take several days or more. Don't worry if you want your order shipped to a different address than the one you use for your credit card, just let me know where you want your goodies shipped, and I'll be glad to accommodate you (there's a note field in the PayPal payment process where you can enter any additional instructions or requests).

I'll automatically be notified of your payment, and I'll send you an e-mail message confirming receipt of your payment, and giving you a shipping date (usually the very next business day). If you have any problems, just let me know, and I'll do my best to solve any problems for you.

To use PayPal to pay by credit card for other than an auction, simply follow the instructions above. If you have problems with this, or if you're unsure how to do it, simply e-mail me with the item(s) you're ordering and shipping method you choose (which will determine the total amount due), and I'll have PayPal e-mail you a "Request for Payment" in the correct amount. You may use my "PhotoSource3@pss3.com" e-mail address when making PayPal payments. Please note that my PayPal account is in my company name: Adam Publishing

ALSO, please be sure to include your complete shipping address, which shipping method you choose, and always include the ITEM NUMBER or NAME with your payment (no matter how you pay; be sure to include it in your e-mail messages, too)! As soon as I receive your credit card/cash/cashier's check/money order payment, I'll ship the item right out to you (personal/business checks are welcome, but will delay shipment until check clears).

IMPORTANT: If your delivery address is in CANADA, please be sure to include your telephone number along with your payment (UPS now requires a telephone number for every Canadian shipment; I won't be able to ship your order unless I have your telephone number).

Shipping Options:

We ship via UPS; you may choose among the following choices:

UPS Ground - 3 Day Select - Second Day Air - Next Day Air

Since we ship via UPS, we need a street address; we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Thanks for understanding.

If you have a UPS or Federal Express account, you're welcome to have us charge the shipping costs to your account; simply include your account number and the shipping method (standard, 3, day, 2 day, next day, etc.) you choose, along with a 7.50 packing fee.

Other shipping arrangements may be requested, if you have a specific preference. If you prefer shipping via another method, there may be additional charges involved. Please inquire for details.

The small print: Most likely your order will ship out on the date mentioned in the shipping notice we send to all customers as soon as their payment arrives (over 98% of the time); however, sometimes we get so busy that your order might not go out until the next business day or, occasionally, but very rarely, two business days. We do our very best to keep up with, and promptly ship, all orders, especially knowing how anxious we all are to receive our new toys; but sometimes.... the hurrier we go, the behinder we get.... well, you get the idea. Thanks so much for understanding.

Question:
Will you ship to Canada or Europe or Asia?

Answer:
Yes, I will ship to Canada (at additional cost). But shipping overseas is such a hassle to do, and so expensive to ship to many foreign countries, that outside of Canada, I rarely ship to foreign countries. Many times we have to fill out numerous customs forms, and if mailing an order, we end up waiting in long lines at the post office (all the while paying an employee's salary), and it ends up costing us - and the customer - too much to be worthwhile.

However, there IS a way to arrange for foreign shipping, and I've done this for several foreign customers: If you're willing to arrange for the pickup of the equipment (simply contact DHL, FedEx, UPS, or any other international shipping company or freight forwarder in your area, and get a quote from them), I'll be glad to pack up your order and have it ready for your shipper's pickup at our warehouse in California, USA.

There are however, some small items that I can ship directly to an overseas customer via mail (i.e. modeling light bulbs, flash tubes, snoots, honeycombs, etc.), as long as they are under 2 pounds and can be easily mailed, so replacement parts won't be a problem.

So let me know if you want to arrange for pickup, or order small items, and I'll do my best to help you out. But don't say I didn't warn you up front about the additional costs involved. :-)
